Ingredients
  

  • 1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas) drained and rinsed
  • 2-4 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¾ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼-½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Add additional water, if necessary.
